			• 9:30 am - 10:00 am Check in outside Conway Field House • 10:00 am - 12:00 pm Morning skills session • 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm Lunch (bring your own) and Q&A • 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm Afternoon game play

WHAT TO BRING

• Appropriate training gear
• Turf shoes (or sneakers)
• Stick
• Mouthguard
• Shinguards
• Water Bottle
• Goalie gear if you are a GK
• Lunch
